The new 2023 Wagoneer L Carbide debuts at the 2022 New York International Auto Show.

And not just a little: indeed, the Wagoneer 2023 is available not only in the standard version, but also in the L model with an extended wheelbase, yet this one at an impressive 130 inches!

In total, the 2023 Wagoneer displays a silhouette measuring 30 centimeters longer than that of the outgoing model, in addition to offering, according to the manufacturer, the best legroom in the 2nd row as well as the best interior volume in its category.

Speaking of cargo space, you'll be delighted with the 2023 Wagoneer L, with a huge 1192-litre cargo space behind the 3rd row of seats. For comparison, the current model only offers 775.

Even more power

While the 2022 model offers a 392-hp eTorque mild-hybrid 5.7-liter V8, the 2023 Wagoneer will hide under its hood a powerful twin-turbo Hurricane 6-cylinder engine rated at 420 horsepower and 468 lb-ft of torque, paired to an 8-speed automatic transmission. You will still be entitled to a maximum towing capacity of 10,000 pounds.

On the design side, we notice the arrival of a brand new set for the 2023 Wagoneer, namely the Carbide set. It features a glossy black design as well as a 3-panel panoramic sunroof, contrasting stitching and black seats, among other things.
